Start by dicing your salmon and onion. Set aside. Place the salmon and prawns into a mixing bowl and add in 10g of protein curry powder

To a pan, add oil and then your aromatics. They are, star anise, cardamom pods, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves and your chopped onion. After a few minutes, add in your chilli, garlic and ginger

Whilst sizzling, chop tomatoes and add them in immediately. Season with salt and pepper and then add the seafood mix in along with the rest of the curry powder

Add in the chopped tomatoes and the water and mix well. Add in some more curry powder and curry leaves. Leave to simmer for ten minutes, add a dash of single cream, stir, and serve into portions with rice
