High Protein & Delicious Sesame Seed Chicken. Such a tasty Fakeaway!
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 chicken breast
1 egg
Plain flour
1 clove garlic
1tbsp ketchup
1tbsp honey
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp white wine vinegar
Method
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes. Dip in beaten egg, then flour, then egg and flour once again. Air fry for 20 minutes
Step 2
To a pan add crushed garlic followed by ketchup, soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Add the chicken and toss. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice
