Delicious, easy to make, sweet and spicy chicken noodles


Serves 2


Step 1
Finely cut your onion, spring onion, chillies and pepper and set aside
Step 2
Dice your chicken and place it into a large bowl. Add 40g of the soy sauce, 30g of the sweet chilli sauce, 30g of the sriracha sauce, 2tsp of garlic, and 2tsp of ginger. Mix to coat all your chicken
Step 3
Fry your chicken in a pan on medium heat. Once cooked through set aside
Step 4
Fry up the veg you chopped earlier with the remaining ginger and garlic. Add the rest of the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and sriracha. Add your chicken back to the pan, along with your noodles to heat through. Give everything a good mix to ensure it is all coated in the sauce, then it is ready to serve!
