Method

Step 1

Soak the soya chunks in boiling water for 10 minutes. Chop the onion. Season the soya with 20g curry powder, salt, pepper and baking powder. Fry in 2tbsp olive oil

Step 2

In a pan add 1tbsp oil, onion, chilli's, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes

Step 3

Add 10g of curry powder. Mash up the tomatoes and add in the soya chunks. Add water and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Combine cream and yoghurt and add to the curry. Cook for a further 5 minutes and enjoy
