Homemade Chilli Paneer

Chili based curry using Indian cheese.


Serves 2


Step 1
Start by dicing up your paneer, onion and finely mincing your garlic. Set the onion and garlic aside.
Step 2
Slice up both of your peppers.
Step 3
Place your paneer in a bowl and season with flour, curry powder and salt. Place in the air fryer for five minutes.
Step 4
Mince garlic and finely chop your red chilli. Add them into a pan with oil, cumin, fennel and mustard seeds. Then, once the spices have cooked add in your pepper and onion.
Step 5
Add the paneer back into the pan. Mix with everything.
Step 6
Add spinach and let wilt. Drizzle with honey and stir well and serve with rice.
