Place the breadcrumb mix in a bowl and add the remaining paprika. In another bowl, whisk the egg and use to coat the chicken strips. Then coat each strip in the breadcrumbs

For the sauce, mix the sriracha, honey and lime juice in a separate bowl. Coat the chicken tenders and serve!
