Split wings into drums and flats. Place in a bowl and pour lemon juice and distilled vinegar in, wash the the chicken in the liquid and then drain

Add 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp All purpose seasoning, 2tsp crushed pimento berries, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp Jamaican curry powder and thyme to the chicken. Mix the egg and milk together and add to the chicken. Refrigerate for an hour

In another bowl combine 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp All purpose seasoning, 2tsp crushed pimento berries, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp Jamaican curry powder, plain flour and cornflour

Remove the Wings from the refrigerator. Take the wings piece by piece, shake off excess liquid and then coat in the flour mixture
Step 5
Heat a large pan or a deep fat fryer on a medium heat.. Place the wings into the heated oil and and cook for around 6 mins (ensure the coating isn’t burning) or when a golden brown and then turn over. When both sides are a nice golden brown remove and drain on a wire rack or in kitchen paper. Once drained serve, lick your lips and enjoy
