Start by washing your rice in a bowl until the water runs clear. Drain and add 2 cups of water to cook

Next, add 2tbsp avocado oil to a pan over medium heat and lay in your beef short ribs, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side

Whilst your short ribs are cooking, peel and grate your carrot. Chop your cucumber into slices

In a new pan add 1tbsp of avocado oil and begin to fry your egg. Meanwhile, add your gyozas into a greaseproof paper lined air frier tray. Spray with some oil, and air fry for 8 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit

Once the 8 minutes on your gyozas is done, flip them and place back in for another 2-3 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 6
Begin assembling your 2 bowls, starting with a scoop of rice in each, short rib, cucumber, 1tbsp kimchi, grated carrot, gyoza potstickers, eg, and a topping of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
