Method

Step 1

Start by cooking your jjolmyeon noodles according to packet instructions. Then mince your garlic cloves and slice your cabbage into thin strips

Step 2

Then, into a mixing bowl, add gochujang, vinegar, rice syrup, minced garlic, soy sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix to combine

Step 3

Once the sauce has ben mixed, add in your jjolmyeon noodles and combine until coated. Then go in with you sliced cabbage and blanched bean sprouts and enjoy!
