Method

Step 1

Start the ribs off by placing them in a bowl and marinating with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and black pepper. Then go in with corn-starch, soy sauce and chilli oil. Give this a good mix with your hands, make sure all the ribs are coated well.

Step 2

Pour some vegetable oil into a pan and turn the heat up to high. Place the ribs in and sear on each side for a few minutes until a dark brown crust is formed.

Step 3

Once cooked through, serve. This recipe recommends to serve with jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, spring onion and sesame seeds.
