Start by grating your onion. Then dice your potato into small cubes.

Then finely chop your coriander.

Add your minced meat to a bowl, along with the potato, onion and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Using your hands mix together and combine well

Next, take your parathas out of the packets and place a handful of mixture in the centre. Then fold in the corners and create a triangle, samosa like shape. Using a fork poke holes in the top of the pastry and then brush with ghee if you have it, if not give the pastry an egg wash before baking for thirty five minutes at 190C.
