Lemon & Herb Spatchcock Chicken

Ingredients (8)

Serves 1

Adobo seasoning

White pepper

Aromat seasoning

Smoked paprika

1/2 cup lemon juice

Handful chopped parsley

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp garlic puree


Step 1

Turn your chicken over, and cut through the spine with scissors. Turn it back over with breasts facing upwards, and press downwards to flatten it out

Step 2

Mix together a teaspoon of each of all the spices, then sprinkle over the chicken and massage in

Step 3

Mix together the lemon juice with the herbs and garlic puree

Step 4

Place the chicken in the oven, and after 20 minutes, remove and baste on both sides before returning

Step 5

Keep basting the chicken until it is golden brown and the sauce is used up, then enjoy!
