Step 1
Firstly, toast off your hot dog roll. Meanwhile you can prepare your lobster, by cutting the underside of the tail shell, pulling open to reveal the flesh inside, and then cutting it into small pieces
Step 2
Once your roll is toasted off, fry your lobster till cooked, then add the old bay, some salt, and after a stir, the chilli flakes
Step 3
Tip the cooked meat into a bowl and add the mayonnaise and chives; stir to combine
