Description

This mild curry is the perfect, simple midweek meal

Method

Step 1
Mince 2 cloves garlic. Chop the chicken into cubes, then mix with turmeric, 1tsp cumin, 2tbsp garam masala, paprika, ginger paste, salt, 2 cloves garlic and 100g Greek yoghurt. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and 2 cloves garlic and fry in olive oil with 1tbsp garam masala and 1tsp cumin. Add 100g yoghurt, tomato puree, and tinned tomatoes
Step 3
Finely chop the chilli and add to the sauce, then blend the sauce. Fry the chicken, then add the sauce once the chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
