Dice your onion and add it to a rice cooker or alternatively, a pan on low-medium heat. Next, grate two garlic cloves in there, add a can of chopped tomato, three stock cubes, jasmine rice as well as the following spices: 2 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic powder. Squeeze half a lime in there and top up with water. Close the lid and cook for fifteen minutes

If not already, dice your chicken breast and place into a mixing bowl. Season with 1 tbsp garlic powder, paprika and chilli powder. Add salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp cumin. Mix well

Heat a pan with oil inside and fry your chicken until a dark brown and charred coating is created. Take off the heat

Once your rice is cooked, fluff up and split into batches along with the chicken. Serve as meal prep
