Begin by adding your cottage cheese to a saucepan and use a handheld blender to make smooth. In the background, begin cooking your macaroni pasta (following packet instructions) and begin frying your bacon
Then, place the pan over a low-medium heat and season the cottage cheese with cheese powder, paprika and nutmeg. Mix the ingredients together until well combined
Next, add milk, 70g low fat cheddar, and light dairylea cheese slices, combine, and cook until a thick cheesy sauce is formed
Next, layer a large, deep baking tray with pasta, sliced bacon and sauce layered on top. Mix together until combined. Then, sprinkle over 30g grated reduced fat cheddar. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees celsius and serve!
