Serves 4

1 mars bar

8 ritz crackers

4 lollipop sticks

100g melted chocolate

Decorations of choice (nuts, raisins, sprinkles)

Method

Step 1

Start by cutting your mars bar into four chunks

Step 2

Place four ritz crackers onto a baking tray, and pop a chunk of mars bar on each. Place another ritz cracker on top of each chunk of mars bar to create a sandwich and then put them in the oven at 180C for three to five minutes

Step 3

Afterward, push down lightly and pop a lollipop stick in the middle. Leave in the fridge to ten minutes for the lollipop stick to secure itself

Step 4

Once set, melt your chocolate into a glass or bowl. Then, dip your lollies into the chocolate and smother entirely. Place on greaseproof paper and decorate. Leave to set for one hour before tucking in!
