Preheat oven to 190ºC. In a large bowl combine ground beef,chopped onion, chopped coriander, paprika, oregano, nutmeg, olive oil salt and pepper. Mix well and shape the meat mixture into 30 balls

Spread half of the tomato sauce on the bottom of the ovenproof dish. Arrange the meatballs and top them with the remaining tomato sauce. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked

In a large skillet heat the butter, and add the gnocchi, garlic, basil and thyme. Fry gnocchi until golden. Combine the gnocchi, meatballs and spinach. Top with mozzarella and place in the oven for 10 minutes until mozzarella is melted
