These are brilliant for dinner, or make a fantastic snack!
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Finely dice your onion, then soften in a pan with your vegetable oil. Add your mince and the chilli flakes, oregano, and some salt and pepper and allow your mince to start cooking. When it is nearly cooked add the tomato puree and chop up your parsley and add that too
Melt your butter, then open up your sheets of filo pastry. Brush the first sheet with some of your melted butter, then add a second sheet and brush that with some melted butter too. Add your mince mixture, fold in the sides of the pastry, then roll it up
Crack your egg into a small bowl and whish it up. Brush the top of your pastry with the egg, then add a sprinkling of sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown
