Miso Honey Salmon with Quinoa and Veggies

Step 1
Start by cutting the heads from your cauliflower and putting them onto boil along with the frozen green beans
Step 2
Next, in a bowl, mix miso, honey, ginger, soy, sesame seeds and oil together. Then, marinate your salmon in the mixture. Ensuring everywhere is covered. Leave to marinate in the fridge for twenty minutes
Step 3
Then, measure one cup of quinoa and wash a few times. Then, set to boil with a stock cube crumbled in the pan too
Step 4
Remove salmon from the fridge and place a pan onto a medium heat. Add in oil then your salmon (once hot) skin side down. After five minutes, flip and sear the top of the salmon for a further five minutes
Step 5
Drain your boiled veggies and serve along with a helping of the quinoa and then the salmon.
