Low Calorie/High Protein Nando’s Creamy Chicken Pasta. Warning: this one is hot! 🔥
Dice the chicken and place in a tub, then add 1tbsp of Nando’s rub, put the lid on the tub and shake well to coat
Dice the peppers, onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken and set aside once cooked. Add the onion, pepper and garlic to the pan along with 1tsp of the Nando’s rub
Salt a pot of boiling water and add the pasta to cook to taste
Once the vegetables are soft, add the Nando’s sauce and mix well, then add cream cheese and stir well. Add the pasta and the chicken into the sauce, stir well, then serve topped with parsley and enjoy!
