Start by combining the miso, soy, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, hot bean paste, garlic powder and water together in a spare mason jar. Place the lid on and shake well
Place your cauliflower and tofu (or whatever your vegetables you're using) onto a roasting tray and cover in a few tbsp of the sauce to get them nice and marinated, place in an oven to roast for around half an hour at 180C
Boil your ramen for a few minutes. Pour out a good amount of sauce into a bowl to create a broth. Add your noodles to this, then once your veggies are done, add on top. Pour whatever of the sauce you have left over the top of your dish and garnish with sesame seeds, enjoy!
