Step 1

Heat butter in a large pan and prep by slicing the tomato and beating the eggs

Step 2

Add the slices of tomato to the pan and pour over the beaten egg

Step 3

Season with garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper

Step 4

Leave to cook for a minute before placing the tortilla wrap on top and then flip

Step 5

Top with your choice of toppings (e.g., cheese, spinach, avocado etc.) before folding in half and serving
