Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic granules, basil and chilli powder. Sear quickly on a high heat and remove from the pan

Add the onion, peppers and garlic to the same pan, along with the rest of the seasoning mix and the washed rice
Step 3
Add the chicken stock and allow the mixture to come to a boil. Once it begins simmering, add the seared chicken and cook for 20-25 minutes on a low heat
