A delicious and easy cheesecake, your friends will love it!

Method
Step 1
Crush 1 pack of Oreos and melt the butter in a pan before mixing together in a small bowl. Crush the rest of the Oreos and set aside for later use
Step 2
Firmly press down the mixture into a 9โ cake tin so that it is even. Put the tin in the fridge to cool for 10 minutes. In the meantime, whisk the double cream until you have stiff peaks before folding in lemon juice, icing sugar, cream cheese and the other pack of crushed Oreos
Step 3
Fold the mixture and evenly spread over the top of the base. Leave the cheesecake to set in the fridge for four hours or overnight
Step 4
Crush 4 of the white chocolate Oreos and cut the rest in half to decorate the rim of the cheesecake and sprinkle the rest in the centre. Enjoy!
