Serves 12


Step 1

Crush 2 packs of Oreos into a fine crumb, then add to a bowl. Melt the butter and stir into the crushed biscuits until well combined

Step 2

Press the mixture into a springform tin and compress with a flat bottomed glass or cup. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes

Step 3

Crush the 3rd packet of Oreos. Whisk the cream in a mixer to soft peaks, then add icing sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined

Step 4

Add the cream cheese and half of the crushed Oreos, then mix well

Step 5

Remove the base from the freezer and smooth the cream cheese mixture over the top then decorate the top with the remaining Oreo crumb,. Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight, serve and enjoy!
