Half crush and peel the garlic cloves and drop them into an oiled pan on a medium heat
After 3 minutes, add the tinned tomatoes and mash them with a wooden spoon. Add salt, pepper and fresh basil and cook on a low heat for 1 hour
Remove the basil and garlic from the sauce and optionally run the sauce through a vegetable mill. Boil the pasta and mix into the sauce along with optional parmesan. Tear some fresh basil, sprinkle on top, serve and enjoy!
