Ingredients

Method

Step 1

In a pan add some olive oil, crushed garlic, chilli powder and chopped capers. Ensure the heat is on medium and use the spoon to 'melt' the anchovies

Step 2

Add the tomato sauce after 3-4 minutes and let cook on medium low for 10 minutes

Step 3

Cook your pasta like you normally would. Remove the garlic from the sauce

Step 4

Add olives to the sauce. Mix the pasta in the pan with the sauce and serve, topping with some more olives if you’d like. Buon appetito
