Peanut Butter Cookies

Serves 20


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350F). Start by placing your peanut butter in the fridge to cool. Then, add your maple syrup into a large mixing bowl

Step 2

Next, into the same bowl, crack in one egg, add vanilla extract and add in your chilled peanut butter. Stir until combined

Step 3

Then, sift in 1/2 cup oat flour and add a pinch of salt. Mix again until well combined and a dough is formed. Scoop up the dough and place, in a bag, into the freezer for 15 minutes to chill

Step 4

After 15 minutes, break pieces from the dough, roll them up into balls and place onto a greased baking tray. Press each ball down with the back of a fork to your desired consistency then add on an M&M to each. Plan into the oven for 10 minutes (180C / 350F) and you’re done!
