Method

Step 1

Sprinkle 5 spice on the tofu and place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200C

Step 2

Boil the rice with star anise. In a wok add green beans, cubed carrot, broccoli, chopped pepper, chopped mushrooms, chopped onion and diced garlic. Cook till soft

Step 3

Add turmeric to the rice. To the vegetables add peanut butter, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Assemble the plate with rice, tofu and the vegetables. Enjoy!
