Ingredients
Serves 1
1 egg
1 egg white
1 slice of bread
1tsp reduced fat basil pesto
1 diced sundried tomato
Salt
Pepper
Red chilli flakes
Method
Step 1
Grab your pan and place it on to the hob. Fry your pesto for a few minutes before adding the egg and egg white
Step 2
Now add your diced sundried tomato
Step 3
Toast your bread and serve your eggs on top, seasoning with salt and pepper. You can also add some chilli flakes if you desire
