Crispy, perfectly spiced wrap that brings a taste of the sun right to you
To prepare the shawarma, heat some oil in a pan. Fry at medium heat for a minimum of 6 minutes and turn regularly. Set aside.
Lay the large tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a circle of hummus, then top with the cooked shawarma. Place the crispy tostada shell on top, then spread on some shawarma sauce. Top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pickled red cabbage and fresh parsley.
Place the smaller tortilla on top and press down slightly while folding over the edges of the large tortilla towards the centre. Heat some oil in a pan, and place the wrap seam side down. Cook on each side for a few minutes until the exterior is golden and crunchy.
