Step 1
Dice the avocado, 1 onion, tomato and add to a bowl along with salt, pepper and lime juice and mix well. Dice the second onion, chop the spring onion and set aside

Heat olive oil in a pan and add diced onion, black beans and the plant shawarma, cook until the onions are softened and the shawarma is crispy
Step 3
Assemble the tacos with the beans and shawarma topped by the guacamole and spring onion and lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
