Step 1
Mix the tahini, sesame oil, sriracha and lemon juice with water as needed to make the dressing
Step 2
Chop the avocado, cucumber and kimchi split between two bowls along with spinach, quinoa, edamame, kale sprouts and nori. Top with tahini dressing, serve and enjoy!
