Pork Loin Steaks in Crème Fraiche and Mustard Sauce

Serves 6


Step 1

Season the pork with paprika, garlic and black pepper. Add oil and rub it in

Step 2

Heat a frying pan, add oil and then add the steaks. Cook for 3 minutes on each side then remove from the pan

Step 3

Add the sliced onion to the same pan and cook for 3 minutes

Step 4

Add the bell pepper slices to the pan. Stir and leave to cook

Step 5

While the peppers and onions are cooking, slice the steaks into strips

Step 6

Add crème fraiche and mustard to the pan and stir. Add salt and pepper

Step 7

Add the pork back in. Pour in some hot water and add parsley. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes. Plate up with rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy
