Step 1
In a bowl combine protein powder, egg, egg whites, 1tsp cinnamon, 2tsp sweetener and almond milk
Step 2
Slice the bread into thin strips, dip into the egg mixture and place on a lined baking tray. Bake in the oven or air fryer for 10 minutes flipping halfway through
Step 3
Mix together 2tsp cinnamon and 3tsp sweetener. Once the French toast is ready, dip it into the cinnamon and sugar mix and enjoy with some syrup
