Ingredients
Serves 1
1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen strawberries (plus extra to serve)
2 dates
1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk
1tbsp Greek yogurt
1tbsp nut butter
1 scoop protein powder
Method
Step 1
Add all of your ingredients to a blender, remembering to save a couple of strawberries aside to serve
Step 2
Blend everything together so that itβs thick and smooth and pour into a glass, top with some more strawberries and youβre good to go
