Method

Step 1

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and rubbing the seasoning into the chicken, making sure they’re evenly coasted. Put them in the oven at fan 220ºC for around 20 minutes until cooked through

Step 2

Using 2 forks, pull the chicken apart and squirt over some sweet chilli sauce and mix

Step 3

Slice some toastie muffins in half and top with a slice of spicy chorizo followed by the chicken and a slice of mozzarella. Place under a medium-high grill for around 6 minutes to toast and enjoy!
