Cheap, easy and healthy dinner that's so delicious and ready in just a couple of minutes

Method

Step 1
Prep by chopping the spring onion, bell pepper, chilli and mushrooms and cook the quinoa
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add 2 chopped spring onions along with all the pepper and chilli
Step 3
Add frozen sugar snap peas and mushrooms, season with salt and stir well
Step 4
Add the cooked quinoa and stir in before adding soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Mix well and top with more spring onion. Stir and serve with a fried egg. Enjoy!
