Step 1
In a saucepan, add rice vinegar, agave and salt, keep in medium heat and stir until salt is fully dissolved. Pour mixture into the cooked quinoa and combine. Let it cool. Take a nori sheet, place a quinoa layer and then all the filling ingredients
Step 2
Roll the nori. Repeat with all nori sheets. Cut into bites and enjoy with some soy sauce
