Method

Step 1
Cut the flatbread into squares. Drizzle with olive oil, 1/2tsp salt, oregano and 1/2tsp chilli flakes. Bake in the oven until crispy
Step 2
In a bowl combine yoghurt and tahini. Add chopped parsley, spring onion, cumin, lemon juice and 1/2tsp salt to the yoghurt and mix
Step 3
Boil the ramen noodles and add the seasoning packets
Step 4
In a frying pan add oil, chopped garlic and 1/2tsp chilli flakes. Assemble the tray with crispy flatbreads at the bottom, ramen noodles, yoghurt mixture and garlic oil. Enjoy!
