Spray an air fryer with avocado oil, then add the gyoza and spray again. Cook at 380ºF/290ºC for 8 minutes
Add 3tbsp avocado oil to a saucepan on a high heat. Whilst the oil is heating, chop the garlic and spring onion
Add the garlic and spring onion to a small heatproof bowl with sesame seeds, soy sauce, ponzu, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce and chilli sauce, then carefully pour the hot oil over the top and stir well
Add the ramen to boiling water along with the seasoning packets
Flip the gyoza and cook for a further 3 minutes. In the meantime, microwave the rice
Chop the cucumber. When everything is cooked, transfer the rice to a bowl and top with furikake, pour ½ of the hot chilli oil on the gyoza, and add the remaining chilli oil to the ramen. Serve with kimchi, cucumber and nori and enjoy!
