A really tasty high protein snack, brilliant to take on the go or eat all in one!
Ingredients
Serves 6
6tsp almond butter
1 handful raspberries
80g dark chocolate
1tbsp coconut oil
1 banana
100g oats
1/2tsp cinnamon
Baking spray oil
Method
Step 1
Start by mashing the banana in a bowl with a fork
Step 2
Mix in the oats and add the cinnamon
Step 3
Spray a muffin tin with oil and press down the banana oat mixture to fit each case
Step 4
Bake at 180ΒΊC for 30 minutes
Step 5
Fill the cups with almond butter and press in your raspberries
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour evenly over the cups
Step 7
Freeze the cups for 1 hour, serve and enjoy!
