Method

Step 1
Start by mashing the banana in a bowl with a fork

Spray a muffin tin with oil and press down the banana oat mixture to fit each case

Bake at 180ΒΊC for 30 minutes

Fill the cups with almond butter and press in your raspberries

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour evenly over the cups
Step 7
Freeze the cups for 1 hour, serve and enjoy!
