Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 175. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, then in another mix the wet ingredients plus the raspberries until they fall apart

Step 2

Chop the chocolate, then stir into the wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients

Step 3

Line 2 baking sheets, then place on 40g balls of dough (roughly a ping-pong ball size) evenly across the 2. Press down slightly to flatten

Step 4

Bake for 11 minutes till golden, then leave to cool completely, before finishing with the raspberry powder
