Add your brown sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, white miso paste, grated ginger, garlic-infused oil (or fresh garlic), and lime juice to a bowl and mix.

Cut your cauliflower into 1 inch steaks. Season them with salt, peper, Chinese 5 spice and some olive oil.
Step 3
Add a tbsp olive oil to a pan over medium to high heat until you get a golden brown crust. Reduce the heat and add some butter and rosemary and baste with the juices. Cook for 10/15 minutes and they're done
