Method

Step 1

Remove the top and bottom of the beets. Wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 400F for an hour

Step 2

Once the beetroots have cooked cool for 10-20 minutes then peel the outside layer off

Step 3

Cut the beetroot into bite sized pieces and transfer to a plate. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top

Step 4

Add crumbled goats cheese, parsley, honey and pecans on top
