Method

Step 1

Boil water with 1tsp salt and add the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes and slice the onion whilst the pasta is cooking

Step 2

Remove half a cup/100ml of the pasta water and drain the pasta

Step 3

In a hot pan, add peeled garlic cloves, sundried tomatoes, sliced onion, 1tsp salt, pepper and mixed herbs

Step 4

Cook until soft and then add to a blender with the reserved pasta water, low-fat cream cheese and almond milk

Step 5

Blend until smooth

Step 6

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and fry on a high heat with olive oil until for 6 minutes on each side cooked through

Step 7

Remove the salmon and add the pasta and the sauce to the pan mix and place the salmon on top

Step 8

Cover and cook for a couple of minutes on a low heat and serve
