Step 1
Wash the rice. Place in a pot with water about 1 inch deep. Bring to the boil then let it simmer

Cut the chicken into cubes. Season with 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper, 1/2tsp 5 spice, corn starch, and 1/2tsp olive oil
Step 3
Cut the spring onions and pepper into thin strips. Slice the onion, chop the garlic and the chilli
Step 4
Place the chicken in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes
Step 5
Let the rice cool down. To a frying pan add 1tsp olive oil and some spring onion. Add in a beaten egg and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce
Step 6
In another pan add the pepper, chilli, spring onion, onion and garlic. Give it a toss then add the chicken. Season with 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper and 1/2tsp 5 spice and toss. Plate up the rice and the chicken
