Method

Step 1

Grab some soft bread, cut off all the crusts and roll it out flat with a rolling pin.

Step 2

Spread over a tablespoon of salted caramel sauce and gently roll it up.

Step 3

Add two eggs, milk and caramel flavouring to a bowl until combined.

Step 4

Dip the rolls in the mix, then fry them in a pan in butter on each side until golden brown.

Step 5

In a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, then coat the rolls in the mix.
