Low carb midweek meal inspired by flavours from China

Step 1
Start by browning off your pork mince. Make sure to break it up well into ground bits
Step 2
Shred or grate your carrots and set them aside, chop up your spring onions and set aside too.
Step 3
Add some garlic into the mince and season with salt. Once browned, add in your soy sauce, ginger and oyster sauce. Mix well with the mince
Step 4
Once the flavours are well infused, add in your carrots and onions and cook together for a further five minutes
Step 5
Prepare your cabbage leaves by placing them into the microwave, covered by a paper towel for fifteen seconds until soft and hot. Spoon the mixture inside the cabbage leaf, wrap it up and enjoy.
